Customer obligations

Upon receiving the products, the customer is obliged to check them (the rightproducts, the right quantities ...).
Lamett will reserve the right to accept goods to be returned before installation.

Customer instructions

If products are sent through the dealer, the dealer will take responsibility onany exchange procedure. Please contact them.
If products were sent directly from the factory, Lamett factory will takeresponsibility on any exchange procedure. For more details please see the following instructions.

Return policy

    

Lamett will accept goods to be returned before installation under the following conditions:
1.      The wrong products were delivered
2.      Obvious product quality defect(excluding promotional products or caused by bad installation)
NOTE Damages caused during delivery will be covered by the courier, Lamett will not be held responsible.

1.      When there is a clear mistake or the wrong produc t have been delivered it must be reported to Lamett China within 2 working days after delivery with the relevant pictures.
2.      Lamett specialist will assess the situation according to the pictures and explanation.
3.      The customer needs to repack and send everything back to the factory with the correct label, inlay and box within 7 working days after reception of the goods with Lamett specialist’s agreement.
4.      Lamett factory will assess the returned goods within 7 working days.

Results

1. If the mistake is proven we will replace the products.
2. Lamett will freely replace the defective products if the defect is defined as a quality issue.
